In order to achieve the objectives outlined, measures are continually being implemented with the aim of enhancing the formal conditions for learning and strengthening the foundations for its development. The policy of emphasizing scientific activities is implemented, inter alia, by improving the procedures for hiring and advancing academic teachers, introducing a system of incentives in the form of additional remuneration for distinguished researchers, providing financial support for research teams and increasing the participation of administrative units, ensuring formal and legal assistance in the process of applying for grants.
The University promotes research through the introduction of mechanisms for its financing and internationalization, as well as support for economic research activities and the building of creative capital.
